The cost of a private flight
The air broker can tell the final cost of a private flight from Italy to European countries or other foreign countries only after determining the key parameters of the flight. The price of the flight depends on:
- The planned number of passengers;
- Business jet class. The cost is affected by the capacity of the aircraft, its cruising speed, the level of equipment on board, the flight range without refueling, fuel consumption, the year of production of the liner, and other factors;
- Flight season – it is more profitable to rent a business jet in advance before the start of the holiday season since the increasing demand for the service increases its cost, and the number of available aircraft significantly decreases;
- Flight route and distance;
- Duration of parking on the territory of the destination airport. Business jets are often immediately rented in both directions for business flights. In this case, the cost of the service includes parking and maintenance of the aircraft at the point of arrival;
- Service level. The cost of the flight can be increased if it is necessary to organize escort, security or to fulfill individual orders of the client, such as buying tickets for events, renting housing, etc.
After clarifying all the nuances of the flight, you will sign a contract. It will prescribe the final cost of the business jet flight. It will change only if the customer has changed the departure date, increased the number of passengers, or made other significant adjustments.

The cost of the flight on the Nextan 400 XT includes:
- rental of a private plane with a pilot and crew along the entire route;
- payment of airport charges on the way;
- standard VIP meals for passengers;
- round-the-clock informing of the customer or his authorized persons about the progress of the flight;
- parking at the following airports;
- accommodation of crew members in a hotel (if necessary);
- fast customs and passport control services.
The cost of renting an airplane does not include:
- extension of airport opening hours if necessary;
- de-icing treatment of the aircraft.

Stages of preparation for flight on the 400 XT
After submitting the application, the organization of the flight takes place in 4 stages:
- The first is flight planning. Flight requests are sent, and private planes suitable for the client's requirements are selected. As a rule, initially, we send 3-6 options to the client. If one of them responds to you, we will book a business jet, and if not, we will adjust and continue the search. The technical department deals with security issues, and the legal department controls all the international subtleties of flight organization;
- A contract is concluded with the client. The contract prescribes the duties and responsibilities of the parties, the date of departure, the level of service, additional services. It is mandatory to indicate the cost of the flight and payment terms;
- The third stage involves providing a flight. The team of air brokers responsible for the organization of the flight repeatedly checks requests for take-off and landing of aircraft and for parking at the airport. Specialists are also responsible for receiving slots, submitting requests to aviation services, to VIP halls, catering on board, transfer;
- The fourth stage is the private flight itself. A personal aviation consultant is engaged in passenger registration, ordering passes. The broker has all the relevant information about the status of the flight and will help you go through all the procedures in an accelerated version.
The service is considered completed only after passengers land at the airport and pass all customs procedures. In almost every European airport, we have our own employees who are able to provide assistance and promptly solve any difficulties that arise.

Online calculator of the cost of a private plane flight
The calculator for calculating the cost of renting a private jet in the Italian Private Jets company is a convenient tool that will allow you to choose the best flight option online. The online calculator allows you to find flights around the world, create a budget and conduct a preliminary search for an airplane with a crew. You will not have to spend time searching, collecting, and analyzing ready-made offers from air brokers, operators, and owners of business jets.
Fill out all the fields of the form, as well as specify your contact details. If you want to make the calculation as accurate as possible, we ask you to fill out the application with as many details as possible. The answer will be sent to your email or messenger in automatic mode. Also, all the details of the calculation can be clarified with the consultant online - in any way convenient for you (via WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or chat on the website).

The Nextant 400XTi is one of the most worthy representatives of its class of light aircraft. If you like to travel in high comfort, you will definitely decide to order Nextant 400XTi.

This aircraft is generally considered the quietest in its class: the noise level does not exceed 9 dB thanks to the modern noise suppression system. So if you decide to rent the Nextant 400XTi, you will have a quiet and comfortable trip. Unlike mini-jets Beechjet, this aircraft is more spacious and in spite of the fact that on board there is a full kitchen and restrooms.
Ergonomic interior of the business jet is optimized to the growing demands of the aviation market and is a space with a flat floor and solid oval cross-section. At the same time the future owner of the aircraft is offered a variety of configurations for organizing the interior space. One of the most attractive variants was the installation of a 3-seater sofa together with the club layout of four seats. The lavatory became 10 cm more spacious.
The main distinctive feature of the aircraft was the use of new composite interior trim, which eliminated those flaws and voids when using the old materials and increased the usable space. As a result, the passenger cabin gained three inches in width at shoulder level and 2.5 inches in height.

The next step to improve comfort in the cabin was the use of high-tech sound insulation to significantly reduce cabin noise by as much as 9 dB, which will be equal to 65 dB. Currently, this figure is the best in this class of aircraft.
Significant changes also took place in the cockpit, where the latest Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21 control system, equipped with a number of new Luma Technologies LED displays, was installed for piloting the aircraft. The three lead-acid batteries were replaced with two lithium-ion batteries, which helped reduce the equipment weight by 6.4 kg.
The Nextant 400XTi is a redesigned version of the Beechjet/Hawker 400A/XP aircraft with new Williams FJ 44 - 3AP engines, which replaced the original JT15D-5S propulsion units from Pratt & Whitney Canada. Aerodynamic improvements were made to the nacelles and power unit pylons. The aircraft will provide a range of up to 3,710 km. The installation of an automatic thruster has had a positive impact on reducing pilot workload, more efficient propulsion control and a 3% to 7% reduction in average fuel consumption.
The Nextan 400 XT aircraft is among the top 50 most popular models of business aviation in Italy and Europe. It is perfect for making a private flight, thanks to the high level of comfort and reliability. The business jet has proven itself well among pilots, they note the improved control system, the latest security systems, and trouble-free engines. We should also note the cabin of the aircraft, which is distinguished by thoughtful ergonomics and allows passengers to feel comfortable. All these qualities have made the 400 XT an excellent option for flights within Europe. Moreover, private jet is actively used by Italian business aviation for domestic flights. Depending on the layout of the cabin, it can be used for vacation flights, business flights, and even small group flights. Experts note the roomy luggage compartment of the business jet, which allows customers not to think about restrictions and take everything they need to the plane.

How do I book a Nextan 400 XT for a private flight?
If you want to rent a Nextan 400 XT private jet, use the online form on the website or contact our operators in any way convenient for you (phone, email, or messengers). Italian Private Jets air brokers will be happy to answer all your questions and help you book this aircraft in the layout you need. Our databases contain business jets of this model of various years of production - the most recent aircraft released this year are available to customers. However, it should be borne in mind that the newer the aircraft is, the higher its flight cost will be. At the same time, if you were offered a five- or even ten-year-old 400 XT, do not be afraid. Private planes undergo very thorough maintenance, and such an age of the liner does not in any way affect the level of flight safety. Many customers use the analogy with cars - the older it is, the more it will break. This is partly true, but the level of service and technical standards of business jets are radically different. We offer you only 100% proven options. Therefore, air brokers often offer models which are 5-10 years old in order to save your budget and make the flight more financially profitable. However, if you want to fly exclusively on the new Nextan 400 XT - no problem, we will find a suitable option and help you book it.

Flight Options is also Nextant's main customer: 40 upgraded aircraft will return to the operator's fleet. The aircraft to be upgraded are delivered to Nextant's shop, where the old Pratt & Whitney Canada JT15D-5 engines are removed, the onboard equipment and interior are removed, and the old paint is washed off. The airframe is then inspected and inspected, after which virtually all wiring is replaced and all components and assemblies are overhauled. Then new pylons with improved aerodynamic shape fairings for two turbofan engines Williams FJ44-3AP are installed in the glider. The cockpit is equipped with the Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21 avionics system with three screens. The interior of the cabin is being installed. An extensive list of options includes a variety of avionics upgrades, weather radar, electronic map servers, TCAS II air collision warning system, as well as Rockwell Collins Venue cabin equipment control system, Gogo Axxess Iridium satellite communication, LED cabin lighting, electronic shutters and sockets. Nextant positions the 400XT as a competitor to new light business jets such as the Cessna Citation CJ3/CJ4, Embraer Phenom 300 or Bombardier Learjet 40XR. The company assures that the 400XT will provide similar range and payload at half the price of its "peers" as a result of the upgrade.
Interior
In cross-section, the fuselage of the 400XT is a wide oval, which has the most beneficial effect on the feel of the cabin dimensions. At 150 centimeters height and 475 centimeters length the saloon appears to be much bigger than Learjet 40XR. By the way, only 400XT and Learjet 40XR have flat floor among such airplanes. The CJ and Phenom have recessed aisle. The typical cabin layout for the 400A and 400XP was a combination of a club section in the center (or rear) of the cabin with three individually assigned seats. Because the cabin is short, this layout leaves too little legroom for seated passengers. Nextant offers as an alternative a larger club section in the rear of the cabin with wide folding tables and a one-and-a-half-foot three-seater sofa in the front on the starboard side. The kitchen block is located in front of the entry door on the port side. The full-width lavatory is fully insulated with a full-fledged door. It is serviced inside the cabin, as on the CJ3 and CJ4. On both the Phenom 300 and Learjet 40XR, the toilet is serviced from the outside. There is a 0.75 m3 baggage compartment in the rear of the fuselage, rather cramped by the standards of modern lightweight business jets. The cabin and lavatory provide additional room for hand luggage, totaling up to 0.62 m3. Competitors offer external trunks of 1.4 to 2 m3 each, plus 0.14 to 0.42 m3 inside the cabin. The aircraft provided for the demonstration flight (serial number RK-0028) is equipped with the Rockwell Collins Venue cabin control system, Wi-Fi, an Aircell Axxess broadband data system and an Iridium satellite phone. Venue includes a DVD player, server, two 10.6-inch monitors and cabin temperature control. Using the Internet on board, the pilots filed a flight plan, received a weather report and arranged ground services at the airport of arrival. When flying at cruising altitude, the noise level in the cabin seemed much lower than the 81dB that we measured when we tested the 400A in September 1982. To all appearances, this noise reduction was due to the quieter engine. To summarize, the passenger environment onboard the 400XT meets or exceeds light class standards.

Features of the aircraft
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) engineers in the early 1970s developed a design of the Diamond aircraft, which later became the Beechjet 400A prototype, with a 20 degree sweep wing and an area of only 22.4 m2. At the same time, the speed at which there is a sharp increase in drag in this aircraft is very respectable - 0.84M and the near-sonic pitch moments are moderate. The aircraft develops speeds of up to 0.78M, normal cruise speed of 0.73M, and range priority speed of 0.69M. All these values are comparable to the Learjet 40 and even superior to the CJ3/CJ4 and Phenom 300. Just as the turboprop Mitsubishi MU2, the 400XT has no ailerons; roll control is provided by interceptors. This design feature allowed for the installation of flaps virtually the entire length of the wing, which provides low takeoff and touchdown speeds and stable, comfortable flight in turbulent conditions. Nextant brings additional aerodynamic improvements to the 400XT design. In particular, the smaller nacelle size reduces interference drag between the nacelles and the upper wing surface; at the same time, the pylon fairings are twice as large in area as on the original model, and the fairings are deflected 1 degree further from the fuselage. The main steering surfaces are manually controlled and equipped with a three-axis electric trimmer. Mechanization of the wing includes flaps and spoilers, equipped with hydraulic actuators, as well as the anti-break automatic shake steering wheel, which is triggered at near-break angles of attack. The intricate fuel system remained unchanged: two wing tanks (650 kg of fuel each), a group of six soft tanks in the fuselage (930 kg) and three filler necks: in each tank and in the back of the fuselage, on the right pylon. Thus, refueling is not a quick affair. Most modern business jets have a centralized refueling system. If time is tight, you can fill up 2130 kg and that's all. Booster pumps automatically distribute fuel from the fuselage tanks to the wing tanks. In case of a hydraulic pump failure, the brakes can be activated manually, but the anti-oil system will not work. In case of total failure of the hydraulic system, the pressure for emergency landing gear release and braking is provided by two cylinders of compressed nitrogen. Single-chamber turbo-cooler unit provides air conditioning in the cab and passenger compartment. The cabin pressurization system generates pressure equivalent to 2,200 m above sea level at FL450. The system is manually controlled by setting the pressure at the departure and arrival airfields, as well as the cruising echelon.
